Connect mdw uses software that was developed at the University of Vienna, funded by public institutions such as the Ministry of Science, the City of Vienna and the Vienna Science and Technology Fund (WWTF) and is available to Austrian universities as open source software.
The software is currently also in use at the universities of Vienna and Graz and is being continuously developed further.
The use of this software guarantees independence from commercial interests and therefore a maximum of data security.
Connect mdw is maintained and hosted by the Viennese web developer Robimo www.robimo.at.
