Terms of use for the website "mdw Connect"

By using Connect mdw, I declare to the mdw - University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna that I agree to the following points:

1. I undertake to use the platform only in accordance with its actual purpose. This includes in particular that
   -    I will not make my access data available to third parties,
   -    I will use the platform exclusively for my private purpose and will not pursue any commercial goals with its use,
   -    I do not make any digital copies of user data and
   -    I do not make any copies – even excerpts – of the platform and the information contained therein.
   
   
   
2. I undertake to behave fairly within the platform. This includes in particular that
   -    I will uphold the integrity of other users,
   -    I will not publish personally offensive content or similar. on the platform or communicate in any other way,
   -    I clearly identify myself by my (artist) name on the platform,
   -    I will not log on to the platform with a different identity,
   -    I will not post any content on the platform that is discriminatory, obscene, illegal or similar, and
   -     I will not upload any files that could be infected with a virus or give the appearance of being infected.
   
   
3. I acknowledge that the operator accepts no liability for damages that may arise from the use of the system.
   
   
4. I acknowledge that there is no guarantee that the services will be available or that they will function properly.
   
   
5. I agree to the statistical analysis of my data for evaluation purposes.
   
   
6. I acknowledge the right of the operator and its administrators to remove questionable content from the platform and to block users who violate the terms of use.
   
   
7. I acknowledge that the respective posting users are responsible for all posted data and content. The operator assumes no liability for their technical quality or content.
